TCK Consulting guarantees its work product unconditionally.  If you are not satisfied with the work product provided, simply notify us, in writing, within 15 days of receipt of the work product.  We will then contact you to understand the reasons for your dissatisfaction and will attempt to modify the work product to your satisfaction.  If we are unable to do so within 5 business days of that meeting, we will refund your fees in full upon return of the work product to our office.
